Coast Electric Power Association is providing members the opportunity to thank the linemen who serve them by donating food items to Fill A Bucket food drives.
Coast Electric linemen and other employees will be visiting area Walmart locations in Picayune, Waveland and D’Iberville from 9 a.m. – noon on Tuesday, May 9 to collect food items. Donations in Picayune will go to Manna Ministries, Waveland donations will be delivered to Hancock County Food Pantry and D’Iberville donations will go to the Salvation Army.
As a not-for-profit cooperative, Coast Electric is driven by a set of principles, one of which is showing concern for the community. These food drives will give Coast Electric members the opportunity to be part of the cooperative’s efforts to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we work and live.
