RATE SCHEDULE 67C NON-RESIDENTIAL TIME OF USE

Availability
Available for customers located on or near Cooperatives lines for all types of usage, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Type of Service

Single-phase, and three-phase where available, at Cooperative’s available secondary voltages. Customer shall be responsible for providing protection from single-phasing of three-phase loads.

Daily Rate
Daily Service Charge $1.75
Plus:
5.00 cents per kWh for all kWh’s
Demand Charge:
$22.51 per kW of demand registered during peak time

Determination of Peak, Shoulder and off Peak times Summer Period (April – October)
 Peak – Hour beginning at 3:00 p.m. through hour ending at 6:00 p.m.
 Off Peak – all remaining hours

Winter Period (November – March)
 Peak – Hour beginning at 6:00 a.m. through hour ending at 8:00 a.m.
 Off Peak – all remaining hours plus all hours New Years day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Minimum Charges
The minimum charge under the above rate shall be the daily service charge of $1.75 multiplied by the number of days in the billing cycle plus $22.51 per kW of billed demand but not less than 10% of the maximum demand established within the last 12 months.

Determination of billing demand
The billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt established by the customer for any fifteen (15) consecutive minutes within the peak hours during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter,

Average Delivered Power Cost
To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association’s Power Cost Adjustment Rider. A copy of the Power Cost Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association.

Tax Expense Adjustment
To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association’s Tax Expense Adjustment Rider. A copy of the Tax Expense Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association

Tax Clause
To the total of all charges for electric service under this rate schedule shall be added the applicable existing Mississippi State and municipal sales taxes.

Distributed Generation (DG) Clause
For accounts that have an interconnected distributed generation system attached to the Association’s electrical distribution system, there shall be added to the total of all charges under this rate schedule an amount as determined in accordance with the Association’s Distributed Generation Rider.

Terms of Payment
The above rates are due and payable upon receipt.
