Members, our Kiln lobby will permanently close to walk-in traffic Jan. 3. Members may still utilize our drive-thru lanes and our payment kiosk. Members can also use the following methods to make payments and/or look up account information:
• CE on the Go app
• Text us at 352667 if you have a mobile number associated
with your account.
• Log on to your account at www.coastepa.com.
• Sign up for Auto Pay.
• Visit one of our other five offices.
• Use the drop boxes located at each office or the Diamondhead
drop box in the shopping center.
• Pay your bill at local CVS, Dollar General and Family Dollar stores.
• Call us at 877-769-2372.
• Mail your bill. If you use this option, be sure to give yourself enough
time for the payment to make it to us before your “due by” date.
